1) About Our Workshops
Silent Script offers creative workshops including calligraphy, waka poetry, and story rewriting. These activities are for personal enrichment and reflection; they are not therapy or counselling. Please look after your own wellbeing during and after sessions.
2) Membership & Fees
- Membership: £18 for four sessions (regular access to our clubs).
- Drop‑in sessions: £5 per session.
- Fees are non‑refundable unless a session is cancelled by Silent Script.
3) Sharing Your Work
- You may submit poems or calligraphy to be displayed on our website.
- We publish under your pen name (or anonymous, if you prefer).
- Images may be lightly edited for clarity (e.g., crop/brighten/tidy edges).
- You keep full copyright. By submitting, you give us permission to display your work online or in print connected to Silent Script.
- You can request removal of your work at any time.
4) AI Companion Tools
- Some activities use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT). You must log in with your own account to use them.
- Please do not enter personal information (name, phone, address, email) into the AI message box.
- AI outputs are generated content and may not always be accurate. They are intended for creative use only.
5) Privacy
- We collect only the information you choose to share (e.g., pen name, poem, messages).
- We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
- Messages sent via our contact form are stored securely and used only to reply to you.
6) Website Content
Unless stated otherwise, all images, text, and materials on this website are the property of Silent Script. Please do not copy or redistribute content without permission.
7) Limitation of Liability
Silent Script provides workshops and online tools “as is.” We are not responsible for technical issues, AI tool errors, or outcomes of personal reflection. Participation and use are at your own discretion.
8) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
